NexPawn is a software platform designed for pawn shop management.
The user agrees to use the service in a legal and appropriate manner.
2. User responsibility
The user is responsible for:
- The information recorded on the platform
- Proper use of the system
- The confidentiality of their credentials
NexPawn is not responsible for misuse of the system by the user.
3. Third-party data
The user declares that they have the necessary authorization to store and manage third-party data (customers) within the platform.
4. Service availability
NexPawn is provided "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Maintenance or updates may be performed that temporarily affect access.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Access to the service may be subject to recurring (monthly) payments
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- NexPawn may modify prices at any time
6. Limitation of liability
NexPawn shall not be liable for:
- Economic losses arising from use of the system
- Errors in information entered by the user
- Decisions made based on the system's data
7. Service termination
NexPawn may suspend or cancel accounts in case of:
- Misuse
- Breach of these terms
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of such changes.
