- Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds apply only to the first payment of a subscription.
- Renewals and recurring charges are generally non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy if:
- There are technical issues that prevent proper use of the service.
